Manage Your Memberships

You can use any of the methods below to either view your Membership status or cancel automatic renewal of a Membership.

Log into the Player Account

  • Click the "Account Settings" tab
  • Click the "Cancel Renewal" link
  • Click "Yes" to confirm your choice

Review Your Purchase Confirmation Email

  • Click the "cancel automatic renewal" link in that email
  • A web browser will open listing your Membership(s)
  • Click the "Cancel Renewal" button.
  • Confirm your choice.

Receive an Email with a Link to Cancel Your Membership(s)

Enter the email address used to purchase Membership.

An email will be sent to this address containing a link that will list your Membership(s) with the option to cancel automatic renewal on any existing Memberships.

If none of the above options work for you to cancel your Membership,
please Contact Us.

All Poptropica Memberships automatically renew at the end of the term. After you cancel your automatic renewal, your Membership will be active only through the end of your current term, and you will not be charged for renewal.
